| Beautiful carved hair comb and pin set with the design of Ho-o bird. The Ho-o bird (Chinese phoenix) are said to show up only at times of prosperity under the good ruler. We are not sure what they are made out of but the quality of the workmanship is one of the top that we have seen. Meiji period (1868-1912). | ||||||||||
